Annual Fundraiser – Drawing August 10, Butch needs any remaining sheets, so far, he has sold 42 sheets for the fundraiser. Awesome job Butch!

2. TBN Individual Championship will take place on 27-28 Sept @ Lake Stillhouse.

Jerseys: Mark contacted Valley outdoors, he is sending the updated logos and expects to have an example at the next meeting.
C.A.S.T - Thanks to all the volunteers who came out and supported the event. Overall, a huge success and was recognized by CAST Program Events Director and parents of the participants.

State Championship - Daniel Buchheit for placing second in the non-boater category at the 2024 State championship. He has qualified to fish in the Bassmaster National Championship in 2025. Daniel also landed the co-angler Big Bass (7.60#) of the tournament.
Club Jerseys - Order: Mark, Bob and Randy - Will meet to work on new Jerseys now that we have the logos.

Tournament 3 - Lake LBJ Tournament Results: 1st – 22.94lbs - Brandon E; 2nd – 21.64lbs – Shad ( BB - 8.23lbs); 3rd – 12.89lbs - Butch.
Tournament 4 and 5 - Fayette - Park Prarie Park - Paper tournament using club hand scales get with mark to get you slip and scales or/if you need your scales calibrated. Mark should be at ramp about 5:30 (*** note 2 one day tournaments*** ). Times:
4 - Saturday 25 - 6:00 - 3:00
5 - Sunday 26 - 6:00 - 1:00

Due to treasury status, discussion took place on the State Championship per diem. No per diem will be provided at this time. Members can always take the issue to a vote.
Mark needs to know if you are planning to attend no later than 8 Mar 24.

2024 February Minutes
Meeting called to order 7:01PM.

Minutes: Minutes of the January meeting were read and approved as ammended. (Update to Jan Minutes 3- March - 9- 10 - Travis**)
Treasurer's Report: General Fund (Beginning Balance): $1785.82 - Ending Balance $1447.48 Charity Fund: $1.02.
Old Business:
C.A.S.T. – Increased cost from 3800 to 4000, Morgans still 430, Morgans Admission fees went up from 10 to 14 per person, Texas Farm no longer providing meals. Right at $500 - Last year cost 5060 est this year 6092. Ron has sponsor on board for close to 2000 , application for grant with Sams submitted. To get on tee shirt, Sponsor need to come in at least $300. Please get sponsors. Du-Mor will be sponsoring the food.
2024 Year Events Annual Fundraiser – Discussion - Ron will talk with Sons of Liberty to get 1 Gun, Butch will provide Hunting Trip ( Local Ranch this year) , Shad Will donate a fishing reel. Ron is going to reach out to Danny Uribe with Trika. Butch will check Tom to see if Falcon rod. Randy will work on getting a guided trip. August drawing.
Open Tournament - push discussion to later in the year, to possibly have one next year.

South Region Update- Has new sponsor Real Sports Wear. Next tourney at choke Team - Feb 17, Solo - Feb 18 , even if you missed the first tourney you can still make the Championship.

2024 Year Events: CAST for Kids - NTR. Annual Fundraiser ideas – please think about different ways (Open Tournament?) to raise funds to support our annual events (C.A.S.T., Food Bank) and come ready to discuss at the February meeting. Ron spoke with Sons of Liberty about reducing the weapons for the annual raffle.
